Depart from Durban around 05h30am and head to a small town called Underberg where we will marry up with our local community Hiking Guide. Departing from this point we will then head on to the hiking area. The hike is an average walk with a reasonable degree of fitness and does allow for slow walkers to keep a good pace. At the hike we will visit one of many ancient historical Bushmen Rock Painting sites to view these ancient artwork of these early day hunter-gatherers. The guide will show and illustrate how the paintings refer to hunting methods, family life and ritual tradition that have occurred centuries ago. Some prisinte little waterfalls and just the sheer tranquility of being one with Nature will touch you. Guests are advised to have a reasonable supply of water and don’t forget your costume as the crystal clear cool Mountain waters offer some great swimming opportunities if you so desire.
Lunch back at Underberg.
We then move on to a Working Horse Ranch nearby where we will enjoy an early afternoon horse ride for two hours. An opportunity to get your natural spiritual senses into overdrive as you enjoy the Mountain Range on Horseback which is awesome, The chance to spot antelope on the mountainside or maybe a small Duiker {antelope} in the forest. Majestic views are all around and the pace is great for many photographic opportunities.

Day Two : Sani Pass/Lesotho ( Passport a MUST )
An early Breakfast and then depart to Underberg where you will be transferred to a 4x4 vehcile to take you up to Sani Pass/Lesotho.
Sani Pass is the gateway from KwaZulu Natal into Basutoland and it is important for guests to carry their "PASSPORTS" for Border Control. Entering into Basuto territory we will visit one of the local villages to have a brief but well detailed understanding of the Basuto culture. Meet the locals and if we lucky taste some of the bread that the people make.
Leaving the Village we head back to Sani Pass to the highest pub in Africa for Lunch. After Lunch we will start the descent from Lesotho back into South Africa arriving at Underberg around 15h00pm
Depart for Durban around 15h45 pm and arriving in Durban around 18h45 pm

. Camera with lots of film, Binoculars which is not a must

· Cameras are acceptable but the guide may request certain scenes not be photographed. Please respect this.
· During the tour you are exposed to traditional Basuto culture and we recommend you to ask as many questions as you wish as this is a two way cultural experience
· We request that guests refrain from handing out clothes and money, as this is detrimental to their culture.
· Times given are merely guidelines and can alter depending access to mountain passes and misty/rainy weather conditions but generally times given allow for detours.
· Credit card payments are subject to a 5% surcharge
